A great example of why it's important to constantly evaluate your infrastructure is AI. AI is only as knowledgable and diverse as its developer. If all your development team is mostly just white males, then that's the "diversity" that you will attract. Not that it's bad to be white, it's just that that is not the full perspective of our global community.
